OT - similar to CPAPtalk for GERDS and Osteoporosis

Hi

I was wondering if there is anything similar to CPAPtalk for the problems of GERDS, Osteoporosis and Lower Back Injuries.

I know I should spend the time looking through the internet but I honestly haven't the patience at the moment, so I am being lazy, but also trying to look after myself.
