error code respironics

I have a Respironics auto w/cflex. In the middle night,the machine shut off with error code E-82. Does anyone know what that means? I unplugged the machine for a minute, plugged it back in, and it worked the rest of the night.

It means you got water inside of it when you moved it to clean it.
