Anyone still use the chinup strips??

Hi YA,
I found the link to chinup strips, just curious if anyone is still using them and if they work? I would prefer something like that versus taping directly on my mouth. I am just not comfortable doing that. I also found the post on using the Johnsons wrap forget the exact name, but that is another option I may look into.

I started CPAP therapy in early November. I tried using the chinup strips during December and January at the suggestion of a friend who also uses a CPAP machine. Since I have a beard, I used the ones that loosen when wet. They seemed to help keep the lips together and prevented venting that way. My problem is that sometimes I'm a drooler and the strips would loosen during the night. I eventually stopped using them and no longer feel a need to use them.

I used them for 8 months to train myself to seal my mouth. They work great!!!! I recommend them to any mouth leaker! I don't need them now as I have a great seal due to using them.

Can you post the link for me, too, Fatigued?? I'd be interested in trying them also....
