Everest 3

We just started putting out the Everest 3 CPAPs. I have already had two pt's call about the power cord breaking off into the machine if the device falls. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to correct this? Also, have you had any problems getting the device fixed? Any help would be appreciated.

What did Aeiomed (the manufacturer) say about it when you called them?
ResMed S9 VPAP Auto (ASV)
Humidifier: Integrated + Climate Control hose
Mask: Aeiomed Headrest (deconstructed, with homemade straps
3M painters tape over mouth
