does anyone have, know, or can send me to a site that has the percentage of health risks for one diagnosed with OSA..treated with CPAP vs left untreated

Did you try Google with the terms OSA and risks?

Generally the most prevalent risks are associated with cardiovascular disease. Hormonal levels are affected which may be correlated with obesity and diabetes.
