Hi,
I've been playing with my M Series Auto-pap and looking at the data with Encore Pro.
I have fairly mild sleep apnea, BTW.
Running a range of 7 cm to 10 cm, with C-flex, and various nasal pillow masks, my best numbers are at the 90% point, 9 cm. AHI is 0.8, and OA is 0.4, and H is 0.4. At 7 and 8 cm AHI is 7.7 and 6.7 respectively.
Question: Should I raise the range, and see what 10 and 11cm are like? Or should I just set the machine to a fixed pressure of 9 cm? I find I probably sleep a little better at fixed pressures than varying pressures.
Is it reasonable to interpret the data as meaning that I need at least 9 cm of pressure to suppress my apnea?
Feedback much appreciated.

Re: Help with understanding my data
You seem to be quite familiar with the process, why not just try it out and see how things go (over a week though, not just one night). Try two weeks, one at straight Cpap and one on auto, one at 9 and another set at, e.g. 8-11. It's quite unlikely that anything radical will happen to you as a result of this kind of trial, and you need to be the judge of how your numbers look and how you feel.
