How about.......starting back a bit further and give us some more information to go on. Why do you need sleep aids?

Things we DO know (according to your profile):

You've been a member of the forum since November 2005
You have a ResMed S8 Compact (which is not data-capable)
You have a ResMed Ultra Mirage Full Face mask.

Things we DON'T know:

Your pressure?
How your therapy is working.....or not? (because you don't have a data-capable machine)
Whether you're getting ENOUGH sleep?
Stress at work? (or elsewhere)
(just to name a few)

Den
(5) REMstar Autos w/C-Flex & (6) REMstar Pro 2 CPAPs w/C-Flex - Pressure Setting = 14 cm.
"Passover" Humidification - ResMed Ultra Mirage FF - Encore Pro w/Card Reader & MyEncore software - Chiroflow pillow

In addition to Wulfman's request, tell us about your sleep hygiene. Plenty of good resources can be found if you google sleep hygiene. Here is one good source: http://www.stanford.edu/~dement/howto.html .
