NEED A CIG LIGHTER ADAPTER ....I GUESS ???

does anyone know if their is a DC cig lighter adapter for a resperonics m series......i travel between NYC and Tampa once a month .....i have been driving straight through (21 hours) because i can only sleep about three hours in a motel and don't want to waste the money . i just got a resperonics pro new but want to use the old one if they make a adapter .......anyone have a solution
