Humidifier data does not show in Encore Pro Analyzer

When I check my night report in Encore Pro Analyzer, it says the humidifier is "off". I have had my humidifier on all winter long and change the setting depending on how cold it is outside and inside my room.

I can't see anywhere in Encore Pro where I can change that setting so that it is reflected in Analyzer. Any ideas?

The older Resperonics machines did not record humidifier data. I suspect this is your problem.

Remstar Auto. I assume then Respironics "M" Series does provide that information? Not that it is a deal breaker for me.

Yes the M Series provide the humidifier data.
