Hi,
I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea three weeks ago. My machine was set at 10, but I was feeling tired still and caught myself snoring still.
I went to the sleep doctor and he said they only had 8 minutes of data at the 10 pressure. He said I should come back for a titration study. I went back and they had to bump me up to 15 pressure.
The doctor said I wasn't getting any good benefit yet cause I was not at the right pressure.
Meanwhile, I have been having missed heart beats, feel tired, moody and my neck feels tense.
I just want to feel better.
Have you have these symptoms and have they gone away with cpap use?
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Jazzmynn
Will this get any better?

Indeed, CPAP can definitely help your heartbeat, your energy level, your mood, and your anxiety. Feeling better is what CPAP is all about!
Spend time reading all you can on this forum--not just the the thread up top about where a newbie should start but also the yellow lightbulb at the top of the page that says "Our Wisdom" under it.
This forum is the best thing I've found for helping me with my therapy, so I recommend you sign up as a member and come back often to ask questions and read answers.

I'll add another welcome and add that to get meaningful feedback it's best to register and fill out your equipment profile so the members can see what you are using for your therapy. Right now it's just too general to make any meaningful suggestions, but yes it can and will get better if you take control of YOUR therapy.

Once you can get the right pressure and are on CPAP for a few months you will feel worlds better.
