jnk's Personally Perpetual Thread
You're right, this is going to get pretty confusing.

Aromatherapy may help CPAP compliance. Lavender, Mandarin, Chamomile, and Sweet Marjoram aid in relaxation and sleep. Nature's Gift has these and a blend of all four called SleepEase.

5aces, I was just checking in with this thread to read jnk's day-in and day-out CPAP developments.
THAT'S when I stumbled across what I can only describe as your most exquisite taste in avatars! Kudos, man!

So, dudes, like, this morning, I woke up, OK? And then, like, "wow" I think, "dude, you should really get up, man, because, like, if you don't? yer wife is gonna come in here and say something like 'So, What's the deal, Lazy-Butt?!' " and I really hate that, so I turn off the machine and then take off the mask, (because, well, you know, I hate that "whooshing" sound when you do it the other way around--does anybody else hate that??!!), and then I took a shower, O wait, strike that, I took one last night, so never mind, what was I saying? oh yeah, so then I went to work and, like, wasted my whole blasted day on cpaptalk.com. YEAH!!!!

You didn't mention whether your washed you mask. If you use Johnson's Baby Shampoo, you can wash your hair and wash your mask at the same time, while taking a shower. BTW, what are you smoking?

Just so that I understand exactly what it is we are talking about here...fuzzy96 wrote:BUMP!!!! JUST TO KEEP THIS GOING - NOWHERE?
So this is some kind of enigmatic pressure bump in jnk's daily personal CPAP data... Right?
Re: jnk's Personally Perpetual Thread
And check it out... jnk doesn't come even close to being the only one with a "bump" phenomenon:

Hmmm... bump... Indeed it is. Glad this one came up for discussion...
Other thoughts about jnk's enigmatic bump?

I sit staring at my computer screen, searching inside myself for what nugget of inner truth to share with my adoring fan base. I'm feeling . . . mellow. Suddenly, my mind drifts back to an early memory of me as a small baby, in my crib, sleeping peacefully. Then, what's that obnoxious noise in the distance? I hear it now as it was then--my being startled awake by the terrifying sound of mom running the vacuum cleaner in the hallway! I cry in anquish and confusion, tears running down my infant face. Make it stop! Make it stop! . . .
Now, back to the reality of the here and now. Who would have thought that one day I would be sharing my deepest personal thoughts and feelings in a forum dedicated to a similar machine, only, very appropriately, running backwards? Who could have foreseen that my life would be changed forever by just such a machine--not interrupting my sleep--but lulling me into blissful slumber, unfrightened and uncrying, night after night?
Oh, the irony of the mental juxtaposition, the blower and hose of yesteryear and the blower and hose of the present--side by side in conscious thought, yet apart in time, and working to such contrary purpose!
I will sit here now and contemplate the resonating significance of this within myself.
I thank you all for sharing this journey with me.
jeff, also known as 'the pressure bump on a blog.'
