Date appears to be 2015
5 year old research is new enough to be relevant to me
And I’ve yet to find a better explanation for my increased appetite and subsequent weight gain
If you have something to offer aside from criticism I’d love to read it

Dowskidad; the reason you had to go back ELEVEN YEARS[size]
to support your contention is evidence of some sort.
Remember that much crap gets published, simply because
publishing is given undue weight in evaluating a professional.
Just take one look at the number of "weight loss books".
Anybody can write--but writing bullshit is too damn easy.

Text is not proof.
Treating apnea does not put on pounds.
Eating more, exercising less and getting old will.

just found this...

https://www.mdmag.com/journals/family-p ... eight-gain
Did you read this part? --->

The only predictor for an increase in BMI or an increase in weight was a high baseline weight.
Fat people are always gaining weight!

I sometimes wonder why people come on here asking for information and when they are given anything they do not want to hear they get the ass.

Personally, I have a strong appetite for the truth.

Have not gained a single pound digesting it.
Maybe a little heartburn. No weight. :D

I know good advice, and repeat it more than I follow it.
Working on fixing that . . .
