Fat people are always gaining weight!
The only predictor for an increase in BMI or an increase in weight was a high baseline weight.

I sometimes wonder why people come on here asking for information and when they are given anything they do not want to hear they get the ass.
Personally, I have a strong appetite for the truth.
Have not gained a single pound digesting it.
Maybe a little heartburn. No weight.
