Yes I absolutely agree with you.

I'm either going to buy the extras online or through the DME when I think insurance will allow me to put the cost through... the insurance folks have told me the following with respect to supplies: "Your plan does not apply a set frequency limitation to the purchase of eligible replacement accessories for a CPAP machine."

Now to find out what their definition of "eligible" is. While I'm at it I will find out if they would like to save some money and reimburse me for supplies purchased from cpap.com.
