I'm new to the group, so hello all. I got my software. ResMed said it would run on Windows Vista. They were going to email me a link until they learned I was an individual and not a company. My software is installed, but when I click on the desktop icon this error message comes up. "The procedure entry point ExtractVersionResource16W could not be found in the dynamic link library SHELL32.dll" Do you have any ideas for me? TIA

Doug is right, you need the recently released ResScan 3.5 if you want to run ResScan on Vista x86 or Vista x64 (I have it running in both 32 bit and 64 bit environments).
I can advise you who to contact on that in the US about that, as the regulatory controls about what can, and can't, be done regarding software with "clinical" implications are substnatially different to most other places in the world.
Cheers,
Bill

As of today, 5/19/08, I have had no luck finding a place to get 3.5 in the U.S. or overseas.
