Ive been through all the tests and have had the following done: Tonsils removed, adnoids removed, rhinoascopy, And been trying to use a cpap with a humidair unit. I havent had a dream in 4.5 years and I now have large memory loss, Vision problems, acid reflux, high blood pressure, and my limbs fall asleep all the time. HELP ME! I feel Im falling fast into a deep depresion. I cant keep a job and Im sick all day and very dizzy. Is there anyone out there who got reliefe from this and could give me some info?

Hello Sate,

Welcome to cpaptalk.com!!!

You have come to the right place to vent and learn.

It sounds like you have been through a lot and are tired of being tired. I understand how you feel. Life can feel pretty unfair at times. But, I believe that if you are still breathing, you have the game beat.

I am curiois as to what your AHI before and after you had the surgery, and what pressure you are at.

How is treatment going for you? Does it seem to help? What is your biggest stumbilng block? How can we be of help to you?

Regards,

Ted

Hello Sate, sounds like you've been through a lot! I've suffered with no dreams and depression, high blood pressure and over weight. Keep on the cpap and I believe you will find some relief!
It may take a while to get used to it but it'll help a bunch. Also you can setup a sleep diary and log what times you go to bed, number of times you wake up,hrs you sleep, things like this.this will help you establish a sleep pattern and you can use it when you talk to your Doctor or the Tech.
There's a lot of people here that can help with questions and suggestions for you!
