Following a sugestion on another board, I picked up a six pack of Mack's Pillow Soft Earplugs at our local RiteAid drug store. These soft ear plugs are actually a silicone putty ("The Original Silicone Putty").
Rolling the plug between my hands I am able to form a small rope that can be pressed onto the rim of the oral cushion of my Hybrid mask (although it should work for any). When I put on the mask, the heat from my skin softens the silicone and molds it to my face. (I probably could have made a thinner rope and used it for the nasal pillows as well.)
I used it last night and cut my leak rate way down to 43.07 even though I spent most of the night at an IPAP of 20 and an EPAP of 18.
When I took off the mask the silicone remained on it leaving no trace on my skin, no sticky residue. The silicone lifts easily off the mask, leaving no trace on it.
And the mask was actually comfortable since the straps didn't have to be pulled so tight to prevent leaks.
The Earplugs cost about $5.00 for 6 pairs (12 plugs). I used one and a half plugs.

that's great, Susan. I was having terrible problems with my mask leaking and not staying on. I sleep on my side.
I bought a good feather/down pillow from Target for 25 dollars. Now, the mask stays on, even when I sleep on my side.
good luck,
