How do i increase settings on a ResMed S7TM Elite CPAP au

gday from down under folks , im a newie on cpap machines and require instructions on increasing the pressure settings on this gadget.Anyone got a clue as the manual supplied only gives instructions on ramping and altitude but not on pressure increase.Be grateful if anyone can help.
