Help! Newbie Needing Info Purchasing First CPAP Machine

Later this week my sleep doctor will be recommending the Roll Tec or maybe it is Rotech CPAP machine. I have researched Roll Tec/Rotech on line and I don’t see any of these machines listed in any lists of Best CPAP Machines. Does anyone have experience with Roll Tec/Rotech? Does anyone know which is the best/most popular CPAP machine? Also, I will be using CPAP at 7700’ and don’t know if a machine with a humidifier would be helpful. Does anyone have experience they could pass on regarding CPAP features that are necessary/helpful at high altitudes? Thanks

Just get the one zonker recommended - ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet CPAP Machine - or the ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet CPAP Machine.

Will insurance be paying? Will they reimburse for an online purchase? You may need a local DME to get insurance payment.
