I'll appreciate any help interpreting what it all means. A lot of the information is squished and might be hard to read here. But, I can read the originals pretty easily so if you have particular quesions about the info I can probably answer them.
I now have a new sleep doc who wants me to get a new machine. He prescribed a Resmed S8 Autoset Vantage. The prescription doesn't have a pressure listed. I'm not sure what the plan is with that, but I definitely don't want the machine set wide open. My appointment with the DME is Monday. I know if they have any questions they'll call the doctor, but I would like to know what pressure range you all think I should be shooting for.
I've had a CPAP set at 10 and my EncorePro reports have my AHI around 1 - 2 now that I changed to the ComfortFull 2. When I first got my CPAP I used the ramp and I didn't like the lower pressures (5 and 6, I think).
So, what are the thoughts on my graphs and what are the thoughts on the pressure range I should look for?
One new piece of information for me is the fact that I had 3 centrals during my titration when my pressure was set to 9. I have no idea if that's something to be concerned about. As I understand it, a higher pressure can induce centrals. So, if I had 3 centrals at 9, does that mean a pressure of 10 is too high? If I had centrals at home would EncorePro register them as apneas?
I left the scans really big because of the level of detail they have. Sorry if the super-wide resolution is annoying, but I was trying to keep them readable. I posted my sleep study summary reports in a thread a while ago. If you're interested in them, they're here: viewtopic.php?p=151256

I really don't understand the information here:
