What I'M so impressed with is the "smoothness" of your Flow Rate graph . . . mine is always fuzzy with arousals &/or periodic breathing (at least part of the night)!! Was this "smoothness" also the case when you had a regular APAP with being limited to how much pressure support you could use?
Yeah...when I used apap and EPR of 3 I was seeing pretty much the same thing. The main reason I am using bilevel and the 4 PS is simply it feels better and more natural to me.

And if you were to see my flow rate up close it isn't so smooth. I always have a substantial number of breaths that look arousal or awake related. That's because I always have a substantial number of arousals secondary to pain issues.
My sleep quality sucks but not because of OSA or therapy....instead it is from sleep maintenance insomnia issues related to pain issues. Now it isn't a horrible level 10 out of 10 pain but it is enough to cause wake ups, tossing and turning and often problems falling back to sleep when it does wake me up.

I just looked at last night's report and I have a cluster of OAs that are so obviously false positives arousal related that a blind man could see them. Same thing the night before.
98% of my nights I always remember multiple arousals and then I always have some where I don't remember being awake.

FWIW....I have never had any flow limitations of any size or flavor for there to be much activity on my FL graph.
Never had many no matter what brand machine or whether I was using any sort of exhale relief or not.
I don't have much (if any) nasal congestion either. It's rare that I do and if/when I do it is because of an active upper respiratory infection going on....and those are rare as well.
