Hello friends - I have been using CPAP for several years but lately it's like the sleep apnea symptoms are back. My blood pressure is up and I am falling asleep at my desk by 9am.
Does anything jump out on the Oscar data?

if you are using a windows machine to read the charts. hit the control key and the plus sign at the same time to enlarge the text.
dunno what you would use on anything else.

yup.
see how your pressure climbs up fairly quickly and stays there? if i were you i'd increase the minimum pressure to at least 13 and the maximum to 20. or if you are happy where the minimum is, at least increase the max pressure.
your machine wants to kill of those dreaded hypopneas but it's hands are tied. unleash the machine and let it do it's job.
good luck.

Control plus the plus key makes things larger but it's just blurry larger.
You need to increase your maximum pressure setting first thing you do. Your minimum is probably okay. You are using the ramp function which makes it look like you are starting at a lower minimum which is the 4 cm you see go up rather rapidly until you hit the minimum which I think is around 10 or 11 (it's too blurry to read but I know it is over 10) and then you are hitting your max of 14 or 15 (can't read it) and that's when the events are happening....you need more max.
Now why do you need more max now? Unknown but usual culprits are supine sleeping or REM stage sleep or a combination of both.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

What machine (model please) do you have? If it's compatible, you'd download Oscar after getting any old SD card and post results here - info's included in the DL, but it would be MUCH better if you otherwise post as a new topic.
