I recently read (don't remb where) that Dr. F and the CDC are looking at sometime in June to issue an all clear as that is the goal for herd immunity.
Reckon? Lots of covidiots around here who say they won't get vaccinated. :(

Last Wednesday, the clinic just barely beat out Costco as far as 'who got it first', for first shot. Still not going to quit being careful, even a few weeks after the second shot.

i'm hoping that what they SAY and what they'll DO will be two different things.

but i feel i can't count on that.

people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

Vaccine can be administered in secret if you have the means,
as that could be the case way more often than we know

Hubby and I have had Pfizer One. Only reaction was a sore arm.

We get Pfizer Two next Tuesday, and I'm hoping it does not give me a hassle, since I've supposed to be driving to a Barn Hunt the next day.

Please splain... unless you mean the vaccine has been stolen and administered in secret?

Moderna dose 1 3/30/21

I was told to expect an email to schedule the second dose after maybe a month. I'm not in a hurry, this thing didn't disrupt my life too much, in fact I feel like my whole life was kind of training for this past year. Introvert thoughts, I suppose. But it will still be a relief to not have to worry about it, even if I expect to still be masking up and avoiding crowds until fall or so.

Anything is possible, especially by those who have no conscience.

I've been debating with myself about saying anything because I don't want to discourage anyone from the other two shots but 1+ month after the j & j shot I am still not ok. Gastric distress/cramping daily. Crushing tiredness my whole body feels super heavy my husband who had his j & j shot only two weeks ago describes it like lead in his legs. Somedays its overwhelming. My thyroid feels like its grown and is pressing on my throat. I have a doctor appointment next week to get checked out. Had it just been me, I would keep quiet but at least 3 other people on my shift at work are having similar symptoms. Two that I know of, have reported to cdc because of their concerns. My husband who had his shot at a different place and time several weeks after me is also experiencing similar symptoms with an additional issue of not being able to sleep. I suspect there are more issues with the J and J than have been reported in the news and I am glad they are pausing it.

No idea how far this Barn Hunt drive will be but if it were me - out of an abundance of caution - I would not make any plans for the day after. 'Cept to plan for the worst and hope for the best.

I am told that the 2nd shot is the same dose as the first and it is considered a good thing when the body reacts following the injection.

Some nurses in my area gave COVID vaccine shots to ineligible family members. They got caught.

One lost their job, the over two had some undisclosed disciplinary actions.

But nobody got punished for poking the country club crowd.
