Hello, friends.

Oi. Well for light weight, you'll need lithium-ion. No way around that. And these are not inexpensive. This category is getting big, but Goal Zero is particularly popular for camping and they have solar chargers available. Their Yeti 200X weighs 5 pounds and depending on your machine/settings, you should get at least one full night, possibly 2 on a full charge, without humidifier or heated hose. Use a DC adapter to get the most efficient use of the battery. For comparison's sake, this battery is rated for 187 watt-hours. I have an Anker PowerHouse 400 rated for 434 watt-hours and that got me about 4 full days on a ResMed S9 VPAP. I was looking at similar usage for a ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto.

I need to emphasize the "should" qualifier from above. If you go with it, give it a test run to be sure. If in doubt, go with the 500x instead, but it's going to weigh in at 12.9 pounds and be bulkier. Plus you'd need a larger solar panel.

EDIT: For the 200x, take note of their recommended solar panels. For "heavy use", the Nomad 50 will recharge it in 5-10 hours, vs the Nomad 20 in 12-24 hours.
