new never used I had to get it and do a 'trial' before surgery

REMstar "WHAT"? All of Respironics' machines are REMstars. What is the specific model. Probably silkscreened in RED on the top of the machine.

Well, here's (probably) the same thing on CPAP.COM's website for about $674.
(CPAP.COM is the parent company of this forum)

Some used ones are selling in the $400 - $500 range.

I'm not going to recommend a price.....just give you some ideas and you can go from there.

e-Bay does not allow sale of xPAPs. However, they are frequently offered at yahooauctions.
