liners help stop leaking & "farty" noises. I needed them for all the full face masks I tried except the F30. So far, the F30 is the best full face mask for me. I didn't like using the liners because no matter which brand I tried, they were itchy & had the tendency to shift blocking my air & waking me up. Some people love using liners and are successful with them.

Ok thanks so much, any recommendations for a good chin strap?

No question in my opinion the Knightsbridge Dual Band https://dualbandchinstrap is the one to get. The neoprene ones you get on Amazon wrap around the tip of your chin and push your jaw into your jaw joint. The Knightsbridge lifts from below the chin and the two bands (one elastic and one nonelastic) allows you to adjust the force so it's minimal but still keeping your jaw closed. You can still separate your lips to breath (or even work against the bands and open your jaw some), but I suspect it will do the trick. :)

Here's the corrected link:

Looks like a great idea.

For me, switching from ffm to nasal masks revealed that the lower FFM straps were pulling my jaw back, causing me to use a higher minimum pressure than I needed. When i switched, I was able to drop my min pressure from 12cm to 7cm. I do have to tape my mouth.
