Issues sleeping for past 6 months.

Post by RedxStL » Tue Jul 30, 2019 4:57 am

Hi all. Been using a cpap for about 15 years now and can't go without it.

Lately I've noticed I'm not getting my normal sleep like I was before. I fall asleep too easily which reminds me of how I was before getting diagnosed. I feel exhausted during the day. I've noticed I sleep the worst the first half of the night then it gets better the second half but not enough time to get the feeling of I slept well.

My issue is what to do next. Obviously calling my doctor to get another sleep study would be my guess. But with my equipment being fairly new (less than 2 yrs) and the machine is a auto adjusting, what else can be done?? I know I'm not sleeping well and if my machine already can auto adjust the pressure, I'm just feeling like nothing can be done.

Thanks for your time and input

Have you downloaded Oscar or Sleepyhead?
If not, do.
If so, you need to post some charts for the experts on here to look at.
Charts will give a snapshot of a typical night's sleep.
The experts will then have something concrete to look at and evaluate.
Just saying you feel bad does not.

My way to bump your post back to the top. :)

Good luck,
JPB

Ok. Once I'm home later I'll try to get the info posted on here. Thanks
