Toshiba SD Card WIFI signal strength?

1) I am including the CODE: SELECT ALL Right?

2) I don't have fixed IPs on the dozen of devices I have in the home. Should I change it to:
DHCP_Enabled=YES
and remove the IP_Address=192.168.20.77 line?

3) Timezone. I am in SF Bay Area, Pacific time, which is 8 hours or -32. But I think it goes to 7 or -28 in a few weeks. Do you have to manually change this twice a year? And why does it use that setting?

No, click on "SELECT ALL" to select the entire "code" section below and then copy to clipboard and then copy to CONFIG file in your editor.

Not sure if using a dynamic IP will work well, as you have to enter the IP address into FlashPAP. Try it, and use "flashair" as the host name in FlashPap. Otherwise, look at your router and see what IP address range it uses for dynamic IPs, and select an IP address outside that range.

I now have the WIFI part working I think. Now having trouble figuring out the file location stuff.

I found the range of DHCP IP addresses and picked an IP address outside that range and put that into the config file, along with SSID, time, password. Saved it on the card. And put the SD card into my ResMed Airsense 10.
Made a location on my computer: C:\CPAP_data\
Downloaded FlashPap and when launching the FlashPap app I set up a Profile, xPAP machine, IP address that I used in the config file of the card and for Destination Folder I put C:\CPAP_data\
I can click on Scan FlashAir SD card and it instantly finds the data on the SD card in the ResMed.
I then select the date of the data that FlashPap found on the card and hit Copy xPAP data for selected date(s). Then a blue dot says it is done.

I then click on the Exit and run the sleep tracking software button. (I've already assigned the Sleepyhead.exe) and it launches Sleepyhead. But from that point on no matter what directory I point to it just comes back to the Welcome to SleepyHead window with the CPAP SD card and Oxymeter icon choices.

Sounds like the connection is working. You may know all of this, but some possibilities:

Click on "Daily" in the SleepyHead menu; do you see anything useful? Also, is the Overview page completely empty?

Have you slept through the night with your FlashAir card in the machine so that there actually is data recorded on the card?

When you select the date in FlashPAP, try selecting all dates. If it is after noon local time, today's date shown in FlashPAP does not have any data. The date shown is the date the day "begins" as ResMed records data from noon to noon.

Look in your C:\CPAP_data directory and see what is in it. You should see your profile name as a directory, and that directory should have directories named DATALOG and SETTINGS. If it doesn't, find the directory where you saved flashpap.jar and see if your profile directory is there.

Ah, I see! Click on "Cpap Importer" icon. When it tries to find an SD card, click button "Folder" (or something like that). Then navigate to your data folder and it will import from there. In the future, Sleepyhead will default to importing from that folder when you click on the "CPAP Importer" icon.

I am confused. Might have something to do with bouncing back and forth between the SD WIFI and desktop computer vs regular SD card inserted into my laptop. here are screen shots where I am successful using a regular SD card inserted into the laptop.

Don’t have your profiles directory in the same location as cpap data, set your profiles location back to the default of My Documents\Sleepyhead

When your setup to go click import data as the data is not on an SD card it won’t find it automatically, click the specify button and then point it at C:\CPapData or wherever your flashpap is writing the data, at that point your last sleep session should import and it will remember 5he import location going forward.

The video is very helpful.

Try this: In FlashPAP, set the destination directory to C:\CPAP_data\SteveCPAP. I.e., create a directory that corresponds to your profile. You may eventually have multiple profiles (for testing, or other people, or whatever) and each profile should have its own data directory. FlashPAP will create the SteveCPAP directory. Then try importing data with FlashPAP, starting Sleepyhead, etc.

Blue Dragon, I wasn't able to exactly follow your instructions. Could you describe or show exactly the directory/file structure that works for you? maybe if I see that I can figure out what to set. (a lot of screen capture programs have a blur tool if you are concerned about privacy. I use Greenshot for snapshots and Tinytake for video.)

Sure, l've put my flashpap stuff in Onedrive and have the profiles as subdirectories:

The two profile directories, Guy and Teresa, contain the DATALOG and other files imported by FlashPAP.

Then, when I start Flashpap,I create a new profile, giving it some name (like "test"), set the machine type, enter the IP address of the Flashair card, and enter the address of the directory I want it to create for data. In this case, it would be E:\OneDrive\house\Medical\CPAP - APAP\FlashPAP\test because I name my directories the same as the profile name (to avoid confusion). Flashpap will create the "test" directory.

There is no relationship between a FlashPap profile name and a Sleepyhead profile name. For example, the directory "guy" shown above is used by Flashpap for importing data from my Autoset, and the SleepyHead profile I normally use is "Blue Dragon." The FlashPAP prfile named "Teresa" is used for bringing in data from the FlashAir card on her Autoset.

For an existing profile, FlashPap looks like this when I start it:

(You can't see the final part of the directory name because the input field is not long enough to display the full path. fyi, I moved my OneDrive directory on E:, which you can see here.)

I scan the card, select the dates desired (usually accepting what FlashPAP has marked). When done, I exit and it starts SleepyHead. I select my Sleepyhead profile (Blue Dragon) and click on CPAP Importer icon. The dialog for importing form an SD card pops up. If this is the first time, you have to click on select folder button and navigate to your FlashPAP profile. Thereafter, Sleepyhead shows that dialog for a few seconds, then changes it to one allowing you to select the same Flashpap profile folder you used last time:

I now have Flashpap and Sleepyhead working. Honestly I can't retrace where I was going wrong in my process for the setup but I have it set like this now and it's working.

I have the Flashpap in it's own directory (and made a shortcut to FlashPAP.jar file and placed it in the Start menu). And have the data in a separate folder but it was very useful to see the structure BlueDragon posted.

Here is what my structure and pointers to locations looks like:
