SleepyHead Data Needed for PR Dreamstation BiPAP
@Jedimark, the SleepyHead developer, has started work on importing data for PR Dreamstation BiPAP S/T Model 1030x110 (The newer Family 3V DataVersion3)
He has asked for zipped data files, especially with event flags. He has set up this Dropbox link for the files. https://www.dropbox.com/request/CLq7iNRMsVMmZStBvUpz
Thank you for your contribution to the development SleepyHead 1.1.

Re: SleepyHead Data Needed for PR Dreamstation BiPAP
I have a DreamStation DS900x110 (this is the new ASV machine) with installed pulse oximetry module.
I zipped 10 days of data and uploaded it to the dropbox.
Hope this is useful.

Thank you.
I am sure the developer will get to tomorrow (He is sleeping now in Australia.)
He does not visit here often so I am helping him out.

Re: SleepyHead Data Needed for PR Dreamstation BiPAP
I sent him a similar package some time ago regarding the System One 960 ASV and the coding for SleepyHead got incorporated to be able to read the oximetry data files.

Re: SleepyHead Data Needed for PR Dreamstation BiPAP
I know he recently got data from one user and was looking for more to verify his importer and adjust as needed.
Are you able to use SleepyHead with your machine?

Re: SleepyHead Data Needed for PR Dreamstation BiPAP
No, the PR 960 data works but the DS900 gets an error message that data is not found.
I'm using version 9.8.1 so it's likely that DreamStation is not supported in that version.
EDIT: Just installed the current version and got the same error.
I suspect the file structure for the ASV machine is different than for "regular" machines.

I'll have to ask Mark about that.
It is possible the latest unstable version has some support.
What OS do you use? Windows, Mac, or Linux?

Re: SleepyHead Data Needed for PR Dreamstation BiPAP
I got a response back from Mark. He is working on a major redesign of the SleepyHead database. He will not kow the answer to your question for another few days. Here is his quoteJDS74 wrote: ↑Thu May 10, 2018 4:06 pmNo, the PR 960 data works but the DS900 gets an error message that data is not found.

Question:
Response:Hey @jedimark the last Dropbox user says they sent you System One 960 ASV data a while ago. Does it work in Unstable? apparently it does not work in beta.
I won't know on my end for another few days... :-}
(either when I go insane and give up on this DB redesign and roll back, or when I'm finished.)
something tells me when I'm done the minor version is getting bumped again, lol.
maybe the major, this work is huge![]()

Re: SleepyHead Data Needed for PR Dreamstation BiPAP
I'm sorry if I was unclear on what works with what.
For the PR960 ASV, this works nicely for version 9.8.1 but not for the 1.00 beta-2 (I just downloaded 2 years of data onto my Windows 10 machine.)
As a note: the data I downloaded included both data with oximetry data and without oximetry data because last summer my fingertip sensor died and Respironics no longer supplied a replacement. So both file structures were included in the data download. The oximetry file structure data only imported the summary information (somewhat: you can see the sessions but the actual data is not there) but none of the oximetry data. All the data for the non-oximetry configuration was downloaded correctly. I think the file location part of the software got lost somewhere between 9.8.1 and 1.00 beta-2.
For the DS900x11 ASV, this doesn't work for either 9.8.1 (on Windows 7) nor the 1.00 beta-2 (on Windows 10).
Prior the 9.8.1 release, I sent the PR960 ASV files directly to Mark and that functionality got incorporated into the 9.8.1 release. That may have been a couple of years ago, but I don't remember when exactly.
As I recall, the files structures for the PR960 without the oximetry stuff installed use different locations of data than when it is installed. The reason being that the oximetry stuff had its own SD slot.
Since that time, I have received a new DreamStation DS900 ASV machine with all the Pulse-Oximetry attachments. That is the source of the data I put into the Dropbox. I really appreciate all the work Mark is doing and want to be as helpful as I can.

I am sure he appreciates that.
He is busy clearing up years of cruft from the system.

I just edited my prior reply to include information about what doesn't work on 1.00 beta-2.

Would data from a Philips Respironics Trilogy 100 ventilator help in any way? I have a ton of data recorded from that device.

You can put the data up there and perhaps another developer can add support after the current database restructuring.prodigyplace wrote: ↑Fri May 11, 2018 6:57 amI'll askraisedfist wrote: ↑Fri May 11, 2018 6:32 amWould data from a Philips Respironics Trilogy 100 ventilator help in any way?
