Great American Sleep Challenge

Post by LoriD » Tue Jan 16, 2007 10:43 am

The American Sleep Apnea Association is supporting the National Sleep Foundation's Great American Sleep Challenge. The challenge will take place between February 5 and March 11, 2007 and participants will be entered into a drawing for prizes, such as a brand new bed!

For more information on how you can be part of this challenge, log on to:

http://www.sleepfoundation.org/challenge/

I already submitted my email address to get notification for when they are about to begin!

Cool! I signed up. We don't need a new bed (just got one last April), but we could use a new one for the guest room.

I had a call from the DME asking how many hours of sleep I thought I was getting... She was amazed when I said 7-8 hours a night -- sometimes more. 9 o'clock rolls around and I'm nodding off in my recliner.

Kimberly, you are so lucky! Come 10am, I'm ready for a nap! I'm so tired still during the day, I can't stand it. Looks like it's time for a new mask...*sigh*...lol

Hi Lori,

What a great idea, thanks for letting us know. I can't enter because I'm an Aussie but I'll do it anyway.

Cheers
