If you're only trying to stop the snoring, it might work. However, you might be leaving serious SDB untreated or not fully treated!

Sure you'd have to buy the O2 meter, but they are a lot less than a CPAP machine no. low o2 levels is only a part of the problem that sleep apnea causes, an...
