Problem with finger pulse oximeter recorder

Post by wardmiller » Thu Sep 29, 2016 12:33 pm

I have an AH-50DL (CMS-50D Plus) Recording Pulse Oximeter and it worked fine for months. I have used it to check pulse ox frequently, but not used it for recording for several months. My dyspnea has gotten considerably worse so I recorded last night (along with my cpap that I use every night). When I got to the step where it should transfer the data, the computer said, "Devise connected: waiting for data..." and it hung.

I tried recording a few minutes this morning and it hung at the same place. I got the same results on another computer.

Any suggestions what I should do?

Many times we try to use a cable that didn't come with the unit, for some that doesn't work, some have a serial connection built in. I store mine with the orgional cable. Jim

Jim, I have been using the original cable.

Then there may be a software or OS problem. Might go to the pulseoxstore.com, and see if there's a version that will work.
