New to the forum

I just wanted to pop in with a quick hello, so hello. I started therapy 4 days ago, no sleep changes yet, but I am feeling comforatable with my mask, etc. This forum has been a great resource for me in the lead-up to getting help. AHI 37 side sleeping, 87 sleeping on back. AHI the last 4 days has been under 4. Here's to hope!
