The program mysteriously stopped working. I always insert the data card in the computer before running the program, then when I open it and click on CPAP IMPORTER it would immediately download my most recent data.
Now when I click CPAP IMPORTER it says "Please insert your data card", which is already inserted. Then it asks me to choose a folder which I do but it says "No CPAP Data Card located" or Data Card must be formatted.
I tried re-installing the program but the problem still persists.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
SleepyHead stopped working?

You could try reformatting the SD card or trying a new one. Some of the SD cards that come with the machines are not the best quality.
Re: SleepyHead stopped working?
Try copying the card into a new folder on your desktop to see if:
1) it actually copies
2) there are actual files copied
3) if 1 & 2 are successful, try importing to SH from the new folder
If successful, reformat the SD card using a program called SD Card Formatter 4.0 from the SD Association. https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/
Then either copy the data from inside the desktop folder (but not the folder itself); then attempt to import from the newly formatted and refilled card into SH. If successful, you are done; if not, reformat as described earlier and put it back into the machine and let it refill (as it were). If, after all that, it still doesn't work, it is time for a new card.
But, what do I know? I am old.
