Amount of sleep (# of hours) increase??

Post by bacalao » Wed Sep 21, 2016 11:01 am

I started treatment yesterday. Before treatment I normally "sleep" for 5 hours. Yesterday (during treatment) I slept fully for 5 hours and at 12Noon I do not feel sleepy, which is a good sign treatment is working!! However, I want to know if I will be able to increase my sleep time to the normal 8 hours. Has anyone experienced this?

You will if you NEED it.
Not everybody needs 8 hours. How you feel and function will give you an idea.
There is a connection between hours of sleep and our age, health, and activity levels.

I dropped from a weekend 12+hrs with multiple alarm clock snooze button resets untreated to weekend 6.5hrs no alarm clock.

My standard mask time counter is 7-7.5 hrs, which includes pre sleep reading and post sleep checking up on facebook.

I had a crazy sleep ride. Not to long after I started, I was getting better sleep in 4 hrs than I previously had in 12-18. I kinda switched to 1 maybe 2 4hr naps a day. This was not by choice but because my body decided it was done sleeping. I did things for myself like cook breakfast with that extra time. This didn't last too long but I enjoyed it while I had it.
