Cpap Compliance Report

I need help. I need to print my cpap compliance report for my DOT physical. Please help. I need to print this by this coming Wednesday. My cpap machine is a Phillips Respironics. REMstar C-Flex. is there special software I can use? Please help.

For an official compliance report, I recommend you use the Philips Respironics EncoreBasic program, which will also report your efficacy data for your use. The compliance report is a report module included in the software. You can also print the report from Sleepyhead, but I'm not sure it will be recognized or accepted. The current version is 2.4.8 and you may be able to find it on some free download sites, however the safest place to get it is from Apneaboard Forum http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread ... nly-thread You will need to join the forum and follow the link to the private area to request the file by email.

Once installed, you can load your data from your SD Card to the program and print the compliance report.

what's the model, or REF number on the bottom?
