I have a Resmed Airsense 10 AutoSET set for 15 cm and +3 EPR . I have a F&P Simplus full face mask 400477 and have many replacement cushions, old and new. I cannot breath through my nose very well and as soon as I lay down with the mask on my sinuses close up and with my allergies I'm used to that, and I breathe only through my mouth and that's fine, I'm used to it. My problem is that more and more I wake up constantly because the air is flapping out the side of the mask and also in my eyes and I am constantly adjusting and tightening the head gear. I have to sleep on my side to get the mask positioned right. Lying on my back is impossible, the air just blows out the sides on exhale. I have adjusted down to 12 cm and it does not help much. I have not adjusted the EPR because I'm not sure what that is. Should I try a different mask? Mine used to work pretty good. Has anyone used the mouth only set-up?

Try as many masks as you can - there are lots, but definitely do it only while lying down because your face changes a lot vs when sitting. I'd also get some 'liners' from Padacheek.com (a member here makes them and many others use them) because they not only help with leaks but also red marks left by the straps. You shouldn't overtighten masks as it affects how effective they are - the silicone cushion needs to inflate, but back sleeping isn't a good idea anyway as you get more apneas then.
And yes, what is Wilson 99? Are you trying to reach a particular member? There is none by that name.

The Subject should have been " AIR LEAK PROBLEMS" I GUESS MY BRAIN IS NOT WORKING FROM TOO LITTLE QUALITY SLEEP?

Not your fault, really.
There are too many blanks to fill, and the order is less than intuitive.
Once you register, that crap will go away.
