Another try at S.H. and data advice

I finally got a version of the program that works for me. This is last nights info and I will try to post the night before later. I did change my low pressure from 8 to 8.5. I would really like to control the snoring so I can sleep on my back as I have two bad shoulders that makes me toss, turn, and wake up due to pain. Unfortunately, I have slept on my side for many years due to the shoulder problems and snoring. Thanks

We don't need all those extra graphs on the right side.
These graphs on the right side....
Events
Flow rate
Pressure
Leak

Don't need the snore graph because the snores are shown better on the Events graph.
Don't need any of those other graphs.
Should someone want something different they will just ask.
About 4 graphs on the right is the best you can do and still see them well enough to evaluate. Any more than that and they start getting too tiny.

On the left side..turn off the pie chart so that the statistics will move into view better.
To turn it off...go to Preferences/ Appearance tab and remove the check mark. You can always turn it on if you need it.

No need to redo these though.

Your choice...continue to use the 8.5 for a couple more days instead of the 8.0 but I wouldn't spend much time using 8.5...looks like 9.0 would be the next starting point minimum.
See how 9.0 minimum does with the snores, etc.

A properly optimally adjusted apap machine will be able to handle any changes in pressure that you might be needing if you are on your back.
If it's painful to lay on your sides....then lay on your back or in whatever position is the most comfortable and let the machine sort it out. People don't sleep so great when they are in pain...so get in whatever position is most comfortable and set the machine so it can handle. Gotta get the sleep first.
