Depending on your mask, try a mask liner from http://padacheek.com .
Be sure that the mask is the correct size..possibly try other masks.

If you can't get the leaks to abate then read this entry plus the one below it:

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

You might try getting a sleep mask. The one Walgreens sells is about $8 and works pretty well to eliminate any blowing on the eyes. Figuring out a mask that doesn't do it in the first place often takes time and several masks. Any sleep mask will work, but the Walgreens ones are cupped and thus don't put pressure on the eyes.

I had to get punctal plugs put in shortly after starting CPAP. They are still there. Didn't matter how well the mask was sealed. I believe the air was going up the tear ducts and drying out my eyes.

I have found Tranquileyes to be the only way to ensure no air gets into my eyes.
I am very happy with them.
