Re: sd card
I'm kind of guessing you have a Philips Respironics machine. Most any card will do, and you don't need a large capacity card - 1 or 2 GB should be plenty. I have 2.3 years of data and that takes up about 0.1 GB on the card.Jane60 wrote:Can i use any SD card in my philips resimed machine or does it need a specific card so that i get get a digital read out.

Re: sd card
The unfortunate fact is that it is becoming increasingly difficult to find 1 or 2gb cards. Additionally, many manufacturers warn away from microSD cards that may be the most common small capacity cards found; I don't know why the restriction.amenite wrote:I'm kind of guessing you have a Philips Respironics machine. Re: sd card
I've tried a micro SD card and it didn't work for me. I didn't bother finding out why. Get a 4GB or 8GB card if that's what's available and cheap at the time. You should be fine with a 16 or 32 GB also.JimW159 wrote:The unfortunate fact is that it is becoming increasingly difficult to find 1 or 2gb cards. Re: sd card
My used S9 did not come with a card, so I used the 2 gig card in my camera and bought a larger card for the camera. You do want to get your data once a month or so (once you feel comfortable that your therapy is going well) because the SD cards will eventually go south. I was still able to get my data though.
