Hi all,
I have UARS. Had my cpap titration the other night and felt like I had tons of energy the next day. I was almost manic. They used a slightly older looking Philips machine along with Philips nasal pillow, and a humidifier was used. The humidifier felt quite nice.
However, every time I use my at-home cpap, a resmed s9, my brain is really foggy the next day. I feel cognitively slow and dampened. I never use the humidifier, so I'm going to try that. I'll also try cleaning the piping... it hasn't been washed in months.
Do I need to take my machine into where i bought it to be "cleaned"?
anyone had this happen?
thanks

The settings may not be the same.

That is a possibility. My technician told me she used settings between 7-8. I set my cpap to 7.6. I almost cannot function at all today. I feel worse than when I'm not on a cpap, so it's a bit weird.
