Won't do any good to delete it now........there are posts following it and the original post would still be visible when responding to this thread.

I tried to delete but as you can see it did not work

If each of us delete from the bottom up ...it will be gone
but easier for someone with a spam button to remove them all

Needed a bigger hammer. Poof...it's gone now.
At least gone out of immediate viewing.

I'm not sure how "spammy" it actually is. It's a link to an article that discusses some of the pros and cons of many of the things that we've actually recommended (in various ways) to CPAP users to keep them from sleeping on their backs and other positional tips and tricks.

It's pretty spammy.
Online DME type of place selling cpap machines along with those products to help you stay off your back with the exception of the tennis ball.
Looks like they also have so sort of home sleep study available but limited to a few states.

Join up, first post is link to another site = Spam, with or without a Can. This is a XPAP forum not a alt treatment site. De-Nile runs deep enough here, we don't need the river dreged deeper. Jim

I think you posted on another forum. They want to SELL the stuff, but the info is correct re: pillows and back sleeping-- they don't prevent it. Had better luck with the tennis ball last night though, it came off and it was the only time I woke up. (I'm doing this pre- CPAP, because it's going to be mid Jan.) Anyway yeah kind of spammy.
