Are you using the humidifier? If so, at what setting?
If not using the humidifier...get one and use it.

Some people will experience allergy like/sinus symptoms if the humidity setting is irritating the nasal mucosa.
Some people need a lot of added moisture and some people need minimal to none added moisture.
If using a higher setting try turning it down. If using lower setting try turning it up.

Several years ago, I had a similar problem with back to back sinus infections. My doctor referred me to an allergy specialist. Once i got the allergies under control, the sinus problems got much less. Since having a deviated septum corrected, seldom have more than one sinus infection a year.
