Dreadful experience of CM50D+ for new user

Post by belfastbiker » Sat Dec 19, 2015 2:51 pm

Fumbled my way under Windows and now Mac to get my readings from the CMS50D+.

Using sleepyhead, importing from the device, and can only see the readins if I change my dates to 01/01/2000. Is there an easy fix for this?
I'm an utter noob.

If you're in the US (or Canada) you could call the company and talk to Kevin, who's very helpful... but if you're in Ireland, maybe someone else here can help .

Wild stab in the dark, but does the oximeter have a date on the device itself? I know the CMS F has the current date. Maybe that's the date on the device?

The CMS-50D+ doesn't have an on board clock. In SleepyHead, as you are importing the oximeter's data, you have the option to use the date and time from a sleep session to sync with. You must import the data from the CPAP prior to importing the oximeter data.
