Flow limitation and resp rate--are my numbers significant?

Post by tiredman » Sat Dec 19, 2015 9:27 am

Wondering what you all think of these charts. My AHI for the night was 1.95. I was able to use the APAP for 6 hours, which is longer than usual. I remain tired during the day.

6 hours of sleep even if the best sleep in the world, is unlikely to be enough to not be tired during the day.
Any reason that you know of as to why 6 hours is a good night? How come you can't get more hours of sleep?
Are those hours you do get fragmented with wake ups?

I just haven't tolerated APAP well. Generally if I wake up with the mask on, I can't fall back asleep with it on. It's kind of a problem. I have no problem sleeping 8 hours without the mask though.
