obstructive+central apneas

my brain is so adamaged from years low oxygen, mixed apnea, OSA, CSA. I think I need to take a sleep medication increase delta wave sleep. I think solution only is surgery.
should I always set asv max ipap 25cm? or maybe 18cm like my titration study bipap?

What kind of surgery do you think you should have? I am not aware of any type of surgery that will increase delta wave
sleep. Are you seeing a neurologist, or what kind of doctor are you going to?

It appears you are using a BiPAP S/T and have some complex problems. You haven't given us much of a clue as to the how effective your treatment currently is, with regard to AHI, types and frequency of residual apnea, hypopnea or other issues. S/T is usually prescribed for patients with obstructive pulmonary disease or obesity related hypoventilation. ASV is a better treatment for complex apnea not related to those conditions.

You might want to look for peroxide nasal rinses.
