With no more information than that, you can only get general advice, and it won't be very good advice. If you want some good advice, post some images of a typical night or two - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=104876&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=30alexander wrote:One issue that I have is that the AutoSet algorithm of my AirSense 10 chases flow limitation caused by the pressure from the machine, in addition to the “real” flow limitation that I have in deep sleep. If I leave the maximum pressure open, then it usually increases to around 11. But my OAs seem to be treated around 7, so I have set the maximum to 7.4 for now. My minimum pressure is 6, and my AHI is usually around 1.

Why do you feel the need to use a range of pressures?alexander wrote:One issue that I have is that the AutoSet algorithm of my AirSense 10 chases flow limitation caused by the pressure from the machine, in addition to the “real” flow limitation that I have in deep sleep. Can the Soft response setting be useful for cases like mine, to react less aggressively to flow limitations? Are there any side effects that I need to be aware of?
EPR solves my flow limitation issues, and it makes the pressure algorithm only increase pressure during deep sleep, but since my brain is tricked into believing that with EPR the machine does the breathing for me, I get a cluster of centrals when transitioning from awake to sleep. For this reason, I don’t use EPR, even on the lowest setting. These are not the usual sleep onset centrals, as I almost never get any of those, and if I get them then it’s usually one or a couple of events.
Why don't you just try a straight pressure and see how that works? Maybe 7 cm.?
