Brand New NEVER Used ResMed AutoSet S9

Hello all!

I received this machine after a sleep study (I fully own it). However after more testing It seems I do not have Apnea but CRD and do not needs the CPAP.

I am looking to sell this device to someone who needs it. It retails for $900 and I would like to get around $600 for it. I am willing to negotiate because I really do not need it. I know there are perhaps a lot of scams out there but I am willing to skype, text, or even meet in person to sell this device. Please respond if you are interested.

Can we meet at Starbucks tomorrow at 12 noon ... I will have cash ....

Already did read most of that - that was the post that came up when i googled how to sell it. but Im not sure i trust the second wind website - not to mention that post is sooooo OLD

I see the point about lack of contact information. I am willing to provide any contact info requested via PM. I simply dont want to plaster my contact info all over the website.

PM is the preferred method of sharing contact info.

And for the record, those two are anything but trolls - they're long time contributors to the forum.

You mentioned meeting in person, but did not give city.

You say it is brand new, never used. No photos to show it. And it makes no sense. Why would they give you a machine and then tell you that you don't need it....with no time in between to use it.

And when did you get it? These are discontinued now.

I believe you have a machine for sale, but I'm also used to seeing people sell stuff they bought at estate sales. They tend to know very little about the machine, such as how to find the run hours, or the actual value of the item. $600 is way too high for a discontinued machine from somebody with no seller reputation.

Hi Zoo- what do you mean when you say that machine is discontinued? I just got a 2nd hand one on here recently. And I saw that I can still buy a brand new one off of on line websites. Does Resmed quit making the S9 when the newer model came out?

To the OP- so you have an idea, I just paid $200 from a seller on this website for the same machine you have. Although mine had 1,000 hours on it,, which is not much time.

Yes, ResMed STOPPED making S9's right before they started shipping Airsense 10's.
(Factory refit, duh) ---OVER A YEAR AGO! Secondwind will offer what it is worth, wholesale.
(They are not a charity, but decent people, nonetheless)
$600 is laughable for any DICONTINUED machine.
