It's very new. Some of us just got the mask yesterday.
Watch the thread LSAT pointed to as I think that is a good thread to be sticking the reviews.
There's also this one that has a handful of reviews from people who got the mask sooner.

I've had mine for almost 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it. It is the perfect mask for me. I've been using CPAP for 10 years and I've never been so comfortable or slept so well. As long as my bladder doesn't wake me, I sleep the whole night through without waking up to adjust my mask or struggle to get comfortable.

I would highly recommend this mask to any nasal mask (and nasal prong/pillow) users. It is a game changer, especially for those that like a lightweight and minimal mask. It is comfortable in any sleeping position, and having the hose attach on top of your head and not pulling at your mask or putting pressure on your face is a great thing. The tubes running down the sides are very comfortable, and you barely feel them when sleeping on your side. I would recommend getting the fit pack with the medium frame and 4 cushions, then seeing if you need the smaller or larger frame. The small frame should only be needed for those with a very small head/face (women) and the large should only be needed for those with a head of considerable size. My head is quite large, and the medium still works for me (especially with the medium-wide cushion)...though I think the large frame with the medium cushion (I'm right on the line between the medium and medium-wide cushions) is best for me.

I was a ComfortCurve user for a long time, it had many flaws but was a good mask for me overall (excluding the red marks it left on my cheeks). Since Respironics discontinued that mask, it has been a constant struggle to find a mask that wouldn't make me feel claustrophobic (I seriously dislike things up by my eyes, on the bridge of my nose or forehead) but that would still seal well. I can't tolerate nasal prongs or pillows either, so I've pretty much been limited to the Swift FX Nano (outstanding comfort, but horrible leakage issues during the night), the Airfit N10 (seals decent, but noisy venting and not very comfortable on upper lip) and the Wisp (tolerable leakage and quiet, but kind of uncomfortable).

Since I've been using the DreamWear, my leak rates are well below 5 liters/min and my AHI is below 0.5. With the other masks, leaks would range between 10 and 25 liters/min (the Nano was often over 25 liters/min) and AHI in the 2-4 range. While those were "acceptable" numbers, the leaks would constantly wake me and/or my wife, seriously limiting our quality of sleep.

There are only two things I would change about this mask:
1. It would be nice to have a short, lightweight and flexible hose connection on this mask (like the Wisp or Amara View). I sometimes have to shift down away from the headboard so that my less flexible ClimateLine tube doesn't push on my head. I think I'm going to try one of these: https://www.cpap.com/productpage/circad ... -tube.html

2. The included fabric wraps are too thick/heavy and they make the mask move around too much. A thinner wrap like Resmed uses on the Swift FX Nano or Airfit line would be better for those who need it. Personally, I don't really need them since the silicone used on this mask is so soft and comfortable...but I wonder if my skin will start to react after awhile (I always had rosy cheeks with the ComfortCurve unless I switched between the silicone and foam cheek pads regularly). Maybe Pad-A-Cheek will come out with some thinner wraps for just the side tubes.

Karen at padacheek does make a set of strap covers that are just made of fleece. I have a pair for my P10 as it left marks on my cheeks, now I have no more marks using Karen's liner. They are nice, light and comfy....... Karen to the rescue again
Started cpap in 2010.. still at it with great results.

The ones that come with the mask are fleece too, I just don't think it is the right material for this particular mask (at least for me). The Resmed wraps I mentioned are much thinner and not as "cushy." I don't think this mask really requires any cushioning, but some people might want a thin barrier between their cheeks and the silicone. Something like what Karen uses for the mask liners (I tried her liner for the Nano) would be much better for this application and would provide an option to what Respironics already provides.

I love this mask! No more lines on my face and no soreness around my nose. I am a side sleeper and for the most part, the mask works great. My only problem is the back of the headgear occasionly slides up on my hair and I have to adjust. Did not like the felt pads that came with the mask. They were too thick and allowed leakage . I am going to order another one for back up.

I had the same issue with the cheek cushions, but I had these from another mask...they work great, are much thinner and don't cause the mask to move around as much.

They are a snug fit, but JUST big enough.
