I am trying to learn and understand more about interpreting my data. There is little difference in the AHI numbers between the two nights, but a big difference in the amount of sleep I got. Are there other differences between the two charts that indicate one being a good night and the other being a bad night? Do the charts point to a problem/issue on one night but not the other? The first chart is the "good" night while the second chart is the "not so good" night. Is the difference reflected in the CSR or the snore results, or are those just side effects?
