I had 9 hours plus of sleep last night on the CPAP. From 7:30 to 8:30 AM my AHI's climbed to almost 35.
Sleepyhead scored it just under 6.95 for AHI, highest night yet (6 and 4 first two nights). Looks like
I went off the charts about 7:30 a.m. on AHI. Maybe I was in REM?

Either REM stage sleep or maybe sleeping on your back. Do you ever sleep on your back?
If this keeps up (and watch those snores too) you probably should be thinking a little more pressure sooner than later or get with your doctor about what you are seeing.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Thanks Pugsy.
I'm a side sleeper but last night fell asleep on my side but woke up on my back.
I will keep an eye on those things. Thanks.

That's some great hours for your 3rd night. Looks like you're off to a great start, and with a little attention to getting the AHI down a bit, will be acclimated in record time.
